Screed helps for levelling and smoothing the surface and make strong base for epoxy, top coat, can capable to withstand extremely high loading, wear chemicals resistance. Screeding is normally done on floors where time is a big constraint and cement repair are not possible.. For best result the surface must be absolutely dry before its application. Screeding can be done in range of thicknesses from 1mm to 15mm depending on floor conditions and requirement.
